Shipping Cost

We will ship your orders via USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx overnight. The cost of shipping is based upon the shipping options and the total size weight of your item(s).

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries (Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.)

Total shipping cost will depends on the shipping method you choose and the number of items you purchase.

If Total Order Amount is more than $25, the Standard Shipping Charge will be FREE for your whole order.

To find out shipping cost for your order, simply add all items to cart. You will be shown a total shipping cost in your Shopping Cart.

Shipping Time and Destinations

Orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. Shipping Time is determined by Shipping Method and Delivery Addresses.

Package will be delivered during normal business days. No weekend and holiday delivery available due to our shipping carriers’ delivery limitations.

APO / FPO Shipping

We ship to APO or FPO military addresses. All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping anywhere in the U.S.. One Day Shipping options are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses.

For APO/FPO shipments, please include the following at check out:

• Address 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and full name including middle initial.
• Address 2: Unit and Unit number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, or Ship.
• City: Enter APO or FPO as appropriate.
• State: AA, AE, AP, or FP.
• Country: United States.

Shipping to an address different from your billing address

If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Undelivered Package

If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

Sales Tax and Duty

Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making purchase.

Tracking an order

Tracking your order is fast, easy and can be done online. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped. To track order, please log in your account to find the tracking number and shipment progress.

Return time

• Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
• Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date. Buyers with international orders will have to cover shipping cost if they would like return or replacements.
• Buyers may be charged a restocking fee that depends on the type of item and return conditions

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by J-Tech Digital Inc. are covered by the following Return Policy. All returns under Return Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns under Special Return Policy must include the following:

1.Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, plastic bags, etc.)

2.Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

3.Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at return@jtechdigital.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.

4.Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the prod uct to your satisfaction.

5.The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

6.Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer’s packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

All items have to be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products. Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

J-Tech Digital Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

J-Tech Digital,Inc Manufacturer's Warranties

Any J-Tech Digital,Inc product has one year manufacturer warranty started from the invoice date. Item return is only allowed within 30 days of the Invoice Date. We only offer exchange for the item out of the 30 days return period but it is under one year J-Tech Digital warranty. All items have to be replaced within 365 days of the Invoice Date. All exchanges under J-Tech Digital INC Manufacturer’s Warranties require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. After we receive the returns, our warehouse will process the exchange within 7 days. We will be responsible for all shipping charges to deliver your replacement.

Return Method

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.
